The only thing that's bugging me is the straight line cut off at the bottom, it looks unnatural, IDK if the image originally cut off there, if so, maybe you should move the image towards the bottom, and the date can go beneath the logo, smaller of course. That's the only solution I can come up with , unless you blend the bottom a little more to the background, so it doesn't look so straight?
